In order to effectively support its project and programme management Howard Langley Associates has developed, in conjunction with one of our key trading partners WAVE Business Applications, a web based collaboration tool and document management solution.
We use this system to manage our projects with clients, greatly improving the effectiveness of delivery. The system allows the management of the process in real time and provides easy access to project documentation through the internet at any time.
The system allows the status of a project to be determined through its progress tracking facility. Documents and progress updates can be rapidly reviewed and commented on. This allows projects to be updated by our consultants and clients in real time from anywhere.
